**Delivery Information: Europe Only**
At KOMPTRADESHOP, delivery is free in Europe; however, the following conditions apply.
**Free Standard Delivery and Pickup Point**
For most products (except those shipped from local warehouses, which have no minimum order requirement), the standard delivery and pickup point options are free above the applicable minimum order value. Please check the product detail pages for available delivery methods and the applicable minimum order value.
**Delivery Options**
The available delivery options vary by item. You can choose standard delivery and pickup points based on the items in your order and your location. Tracking may not be available at every stage of the process.
**Delivery Address**
Please ensure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You can use P.O. boxes as a delivery address. However, some items may only be delivered to physical addresses. Large products, valuable items, perishable goods, age-restricted products, or items shipped by private carriers may require a physical mailing address or signature confirmation for successful delivery. Business partners may also state in their product listings that they cannot ship products to P.O. boxes. Items cannot be delivered to areas subject to security restrictions such as military bases.
**Delivery Time and Fees**
Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will see the delivery timeframe and shipping fees on your order confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation message that indicates the processing time for your order. Processing your order may take 1 to 3 days. You will receive a message once your order has been shipped.
You will receive a shipping notification message that will indicate the delivery timeframe for each package once it has been shipped. You will receive the tracking number when it is ready. You can check the delivery timeframe for each package in your order history. Please note that tracking may not be available at every stage of the process.
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the expected timeframe. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight conditions, weather, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up-to-date delivery date.
**Minimum Order Amount**
Minimum order value: €60 for the first order and €25 for subsequent orders (excluding products shipped from local warehouses, which have no minimum order value).
**Delivery Inquiries**
If your package has not been delivered or if your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service immediately and within 90 days of the order date. Temu helps you resolve any issues related to your product and liaises with the seller. Although Temu may facilitate delivery to make it more convenient for you, it does not affect the seller’s responsibility for the delivery of the product.
