At KOMPTRADESHOP, we attach great importance to our customers. Whenever we become aware of a product being recalled, we collaborate with professionals and authorities.
Reminders
In accordance with the EU’s General Product Safety Regulation (GSR) which entered into force on 13 December 2024, if a recall is notified to KOMPTRADESHOP, we will promptly take measures to prevent the professional from selling the item. If we have the contact details of customers who purchased the recalled product, we will contact them to inform them of the recall actions taken by the seller or the competent authorities. We will also publish the information on our website https://www.komptrade.com/newsdashboard.
Rest assured that we have already taken measures to protect customers of this nature before December 13, 2024, in accordance with applicable laws.​
