Protection program on KOMPTRADESHOP
Get a full refund if your item cannot be delivered, arrives damaged or does not conform to the description. You may be asked to return the item before the refund is made.

What is eligible for the KOMPTRADESHOP purchase protection program.
- Your order does not match the descriptions or photos of the items
- Your item has arrived damaged
- Your item could not be delivered, arrived late or was lost during transport
We are here for you in case of a problem. Please follow this procedure:
1. Send a return request
Send a 'Return/Refund' request to info@komptrade.co.uk. Indicated the full product reference - SKU number and, please let us know the reason for your return, this will help us serve you better next time! Indicated the return method.
2. Write or print a label containing the information sent by email and stick it on the outside of your return package. Simply send the package to your nearest Relay!
A return fee may apply. The return period for most items is 90 days from the date of purchase. All eligible items can be returned in their original condition within this period, for a full refund. In order to avoid additional shipping costs related to multiple returns, we suggest you select the items you wish to return together. Please send your package within 14 days of your return request.
3. Get a refund
If your order qualifies for KOMPTRADESHOP purchase protection, your item(s) will be refunded. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of KOMPTRADESHOP credits or on the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation upon receipt of the refund.
